| Private Lessons - One on One Lessons- An intense lesson that works on what you need to work on! Are you getting ready for a fight or tournament (Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, Grappling, or Karate)? Trying to lose some weight for a wedding, or trying to shed off those extra holiday pounds? Do you want to learn to protect yourself & your loved ones? Are you interested in getting into shape and learning how to stay in shape? If so, then these lessons are perfect for you! We work at your pace! Group Private Lessons- A group private lesson is the same price as a one on one lesson. So you can spilt the lesson between yourself and up to three of your friends. *Note: more than 4 people in a group private lesson will raise the cost.* Private Lessons are available: Monday -Thursday - 8am-9pm Friday - 8am-7pm Saturday - 8am-2pm Ninja Night - Saturday December 8th 4:30-8:30pm & Friday December 14th 4:00-8:00pm. Ask Master Tom for more info. Kids Champions - Jumping Rope Champion- Ben Woodworth 268 Jumps Fastest Kicks Champion- Nicholas Dibartolo 138 Kicks Point Sparring Champion- Alex Petrillo Event Results- October 5, 2007- Mike Giordano won the New York State title. Tyson Jones won by 1st round KO. Derrick Strong & Keith Peterson lost close decisions. Sean O’Brien & Jason Ramirez fought an exhibition. October 12, 2007 - Bobby Campbell TKO’S Paul Guitterrez in the 4th round November 11, 2007 - We will be holding our second annual Long Island Kempo Alliance Tournament.
